Customer Service Assistant

Full/Part-time role
Flexible hours
The ideal candidate will have experience in contacting an existing customer base to schedule training, servicing/maintenance and contracts.

They will be confident in building and maintaining relationships with clients and work to provide exceptional customer service.

Working with a small but dynamic team, this position will initially be supporting the Service/Sales Teams, with the opportunity to grow within the business.

Responsibilities:
● Manage a portfolio of accounts
● Develop positive relationships with clients
● Upsell the Stanley portfolio

Experience and skills:
● Strong working knowledge of MS Office
● Proficient in using CRM software
● Understanding of sales performance metrics
● Team player
● Confident and happy when talking to customers
● Excellent communication, listening, and motivational skills
